Message from the organisers:
It comes with a heavy heart that unfortunately The Deadinburgh Festival 2026 has been cancelled. Tickets have already been refunded and we sincerely apologise to all the attendees and bands who purchased tickets and accommodation for the weekend.
We’ve tried to leave it as long as we can to see if sales would pick up and they unfortunately haven’t.
There are many different factors that lead to low ticket sales such as clashing events and accomodation prices in Edinburgh being extraordinarily high, but we as a festival need to take some of that blame too. In hindsight there were things that we could’ve been done to help the events success, and for that, we are incredibly sorry.
